  • In the event that such materials are made public, prior consent from the guardian will always be obtained.
  • Screenshots or photographs taken during classes may be used as records for feedback to guardians or internal documentation of school activities.
  • These will never be used for promotional or advertising purposes without consent.

3. Handling of Academic Performance and Evaluation Data

The Company may collect and manage students’ academic performance data, including grades, test results, and other forms of evaluation.
