Tuition fees, admission fees, and other charges are listed on the “8. Admission Process & Fees” page of this website or will be provided via our official LINE account.

Provision of Services

Services will begin on the first day of the term after the completion of the admission process.
For mid-term admissions, services will begin on the agreed start date following completion of the admission process.

Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (transfer fees to be borne by the customer)
  • Credit card payment
  • PayPal

Payment Deadline

  • Tuition fees for each term must be paid no later than two weeks before the start of the term.
  • For mid-term admissions, tuition will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining months.
  • For admissions starting mid-month, tuition will be prorated by day for that month and combined with the remaining months’ tuition.

Admission Fee

  • The admission fee must be paid upon confirmation of enrollment (after receiving an acceptance notice).
  • The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations, Withdrawal, and Refunds

  • Before the start of the term: Full tuition will be refunded (excluding the admission fee).
  • After the start of the term: Tuition for the current month already in progress is non-refundable; tuition for any remaining months will be fully refunded.
  • Due to the nature of digital services, the service itself cannot be returned or refunded once provided.

Additional Fees

  • Bank transfer fees
  • Internet connection or data communication costs
  • Textbook, material, and shipping fees (as applicable)
  • Fees for special classes or paid programs (e.g., English or guest lecturer sessions)
  • Other operational costs may be charged at actual cost with prior notice.

System Requirements

  • A computer (Windows / Mac) or tablet device
  • Microphone, camera, and speakers (or earphones)
  • A stable internet connection capable of supporting video calls (e.g., Zoom)
